Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in static and motion design to support our branding, marketing, and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT or technology-driven companies, a strong design sense, and the ability to work across multiple formats and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design static and motion posters for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications
- Create and edit videos, including promotional videos, reels, explainer videos, and short-form content
- Develop brochures, presentations, banners, and marketing collaterals
- Create storyboards and visual concepts for videos and campaigns
- Support brand identity development and ensure consistent brand usage across all creatives
- Handle social media creatives and collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns
- Assist with basic digital marketing activities
- Explore and utilize AI design tools to improve productivity and creativity
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to meet business objectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, (experience in IT firms is an advantage)
- Strong expertise in static and motion design
- Proficiency in designing tools and platforms.
- Experience with AI-based design and video tools.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layouts
- Experience in brochure and marketing collateral design
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and create storyboards
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content formats
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
