Dreamforce has always been more than a conference, it’s a celebration of innovation, ideas, and human connection. This year in San Francisco, that spirit was stronger than ever. For me, the experience was not just about technology, it was about seeing how integration, AI, and collaboration are converging into something entirely new.
A Rain-Kissed Start in Napa Valley
I arrived in San Francisco on Sunday, and on Monday we kicked off Dreamforce week with a beautiful wine tour in Napa Valley, joined by Salesforce teams and customers from the U.S., Africa, and Singapore.

Even as light rain fell over the rolling vineyards, the atmosphere at Bouchaine Vineyards and Sunrise Ranch Winery was warm and vibrant. Between tastings, we had an early introduction from Ameya Barve on Agent Fabric, MuleSoft’s new AI driven approach to integration. It was the perfect mix of good company, new ideas, and anticipation for the days ahead.
Salesforce Keynote: The Rise of the Agentic Enterprise
The opening keynote by Marc Benioff set the tone for everything that followed. His central message, the Agentic Enterprise, is Salesforce’s vision for the next era of business: one where humans and AI agents work side by side to drive productivity, insight, and creativity.
Benioff emphasized that the future of enterprise AI isn’t just about building models, it’s about creating systems that act intelligently, collaborate naturally, and respect trust and governance. With Agentforce, Salesforce is positioning itself as the backbone of this transformation, combining AI + Data + CRM into a unified, secure platform for intelligent automation.
It struck me how closely this aligns with what we’ve been seeing in integration, where APIs are evolving into autonomous, intelligent agents capable of understanding data, context, and intent.
MuleSoft Keynote: Integration Becomes Intelligent
On the third day, the MuleSoft keynote expanded on this vision through the lens of integration. The announcement of Agent Fabric showcased how MuleSoft is moving beyond traditional API-led approaches into an era of agentic integration, where AI agents can discover, connect, and automate systems dynamically.
This is exactly the direction I described in my earlier LinkedIn post on the Future of Integration: integration is no longer just about connecting systems, it’s about enabling intelligent collaboration across data, domains, and experiences.
Dreamfest: Music, Magic, and Momentum
Dreamforce wouldn’t be complete without its legendary Dreamfest. This year’s stage came alive with Metallica and Benson Boone, delivering an unforgettable night of music and energy. After days of deep tech discussions and visionary sessions, it was the perfect way to celebrate with the global Salesforce community, thousands of people united by innovation and rhythm under the San Francisco night sky.
Connections, Conversations, and the Road Ahead
Across three intense days, I had the chance to meet Salesforce leaders, MuleSoft partners, and customers from every corner of the world. The conversations all circled back to one theme, how to harness AI and integration together to accelerate transformation.

Dreamforce 2025 was more than an event , it was a glimpse into how the Agentic Enterprise is redefining the future of work, business, and integration. As integration specialists, we’re entering a new era where intelligent agents will become the connective tissue of the enterprise, bridging systems, amplifying people, and enabling innovation at a scale we’ve never seen before.
The NJC Labs Perspective
At NJC Labs, we’ve long believed that integration is the foundation of digital transformation and that foundation is now becoming intelligent. The rise of agentic integration reflects everything we stand for: agility, reuse, automation, and human AI collaboration.
Our mission is to help enterprises transition from traditional integration models to agent-based architectures that are self learning, adaptive, and secure. Whether through domain driven design, reusable APIs, or AI powered orchestration, NJC Labs is working with customers globally to turn the Agentic Enterprise vision into reality.
Dreamforce 2025 was a clear validation of that journey and a reminder that the future of integration has already begun.
