Automating Data Analysis for Real-Time, Comprehensive Dashboards
The healthcare client was using a system called “Medirecords” that couldn’t analyze data on its own. Every day, the team had to manually collect all the information from Medirecords and enter it into Power BI to make a dashboard. This process was hard work, took a lot of time, and led to dashboards that weren’t updated in real-time and showed only a small amount of information
Results
NJC Labs migrated 20 million records without data loss, ensuring data integrity throughout the process. We implemented real-time data synchronization, eliminating daily data dumps and streamlining operations. Mule Applications were developed to automate summary emails, offering the client’s team real-time updates for better monitoring and data-driven decisions.
Our team built a reusable system API for seamless future integrations and scalability. To ensure continued growth, we established a CI/CD pipeline and provided Anypoint Platform training. These efforts increased operational efficiency and improved patient care coordination.
