A leading Australian fertility healthcare provider utilizes Salesforce Health Cloud as its primary patient management platform and Guardian as its clinical practice management system. Managing patient onboarding, treatment cycles, and clinical workflows across multiple locations required seamless synchronization between business and clinical systems.

- Automated Cycle Creation: Used event-driven workflows to automatically create treatment cycles in Guardian whenever eligible cycle events occur in Salesforce.
- Reliable Event Processing: Used Anypoint MQ to process patient and treatment cycle events reliably in the background. The platform also includes automatic retries and recovery to handle temporary issues.
